Same issue since beginning of July. Paramount support is useless.

1. Ensure there is a clear line of sight between your device and the modem/router and reduce the number of devices using internet while you are streaming
2. Change your WiFi network from 2.4 GHz to 5GHz or vice versa (this is because 2.4GHz has better penetration and covers longer distances (vulnerable to interferences) compared to 5GHz which covers shorter distances (but not as congested/less interference). This will come into play if the modem is far from the device)
3. Checking network connections: LG Content Store apps may not run if there are network issues to which you have connected your Smart TV. Fix the issue by ensuring either Wi-Fi or wired connections are on
4. If you do not have network issues, delete and install the app again, please sign in with the 'on the web' option
5. Restart your device (Unplug from the wall, wait for 3 minutes and plug in). Unplugging the TV is a way of resetting the system, which will clear the cache.
6. Lastly, please ensure no external USB connection, including sound bars are connected to the LG TV while viewing Paramount+

Do you have prime video? Because you can add the paramount plus in your prime video channels
