Mine doesn’t have either, no dipstick and no option to view oil level on the dashboard…

does your fluctuate while you are driving ? I have an e85 with this kind of digital dipstick and when i run the car to temperature while sitting still in the parking lot ( flat ground ) the oil level goes to full and it reads OK, but if i check the level after driving around for a while, the level fluctuates - even going to the last 2 out of 5 levels. thanks !

I have 2011 535i this fuction doesn't seem to work, and my idrive dosent work. Maybe a scanner could help?

on my 2008 318i, it spins then just goes back to the previous menu automatically without showing a result. Any ideas?
