I worked for almost (1, 5 year) in a Sushi company in Bratislava. Close environment, no any windows around the building (so employees can see what happens outside!!), the only window for employees into production room. Was the washing room, where we put all the dirty dishes after we used.
10 + hours work in daily base, (3 shifts, cause the whole production increased dramatically) morning - afternoon - night, stand up job - manual job, in a cold environment (+ 2 - 3 Celsius), more than 100 employees, many nationalities all together, only two days off!
At the end, you push your self to own limits, you work with people who don't understand word of English. And your Slovak, is limited. I know exactly how you feel. This situation, is was until last Dec 2020, ...but I guess. Is still the same today April 2021.
