Ok, here's what I did. I opened an email and hit "reply". Above the keyboard, on the right, tap the three little dots. There might be an orange dot there. That opens, and there's a bunch of icons, including clipboard. Tap on that. Any items you want to delete, the first one you press on, an open circle appears on the upper left of the image. Tap on that, a checkmark appears. The images now all have that open circle, so you can delete them the same way. After checking them off, Tap on the trashcan lower right. If you want to delete them all, skip the above steps and just Tap on the trashcan. it will ask if you want to delete all unlocked items. Hope this helps. This video means well. I stopped watching at 1:03 and was able to do the above

It sucks that Samsung/Google sucks so bad, that it forces your screenshots into your clipboard... Rendering the clipboard basically useless. SO ANNOYING
