Dead man's voter fraud indictment leads to local county's feud with AG's office

After the Ohio Attorney General indicted a dead man for voter fraud, Cuyahoga County officials are accusing him of playing politics ahead of the election. We obtained documents that show the start of a communication breakdown.

In an ADULT world, the AG would step down for this. An error of this nature clearly shows he is out of his element in the position. The family should sue him.

I thought once a person dies the state is automatically made aware of it, just like your Social Security checks stop immediately. All the state needed to do was double check whether he was registered or not. People need to keep in mind how Yost and LaRose are out for themselves and don't deserve to hold public office.
