in this formula we are finding the value for a and for that we use 'a' value itself. How is that even Possible if I am finding the value for a then how I can Substitute a value in the formula

Basically a 10 minute video explaining padding to a multiple of 512 and how to break 512 into 16 32-bit blocks. Doesn't explain HOW to process each block.

How about an example that takes a simple message such as "Hello World" and turning it into a hash? Those a=b+((a+process...etc) formulas mean nothing to me without SHOWING an EXAMPLE.
