Content
Topic of the term paper should be introduced and its discussion should be concluded. The discussion should be based on the analysis of relevant treaties and/or other international instruments, and judicial or quasi-judicial decisions.
Literature and Use of Sources
The paper must be a comprehensive review of relevant literature on the topic. Mastery of the literature and acquaintance with the relevant arguments and issues concerning the topic is an important consideration in the assessment. Sources should be acknowledged. Only footnotes citation can be used, and it must be uniform and consistent. When more than five words are taken from one source, they must be in quotation marks. Instead of quotation marks, texts should be indented when more than 40 words are taken from one source. Bibliography/referances of sources should be provided at the end.
Structure and Formatting
The paper must have, among other, a title page, a table of content, a body, and a bibliography. The total word count of the paper should be between 3500 and 4000 words (from 10-11 pages) excluding foot notes, and references or Bibliography. The following formatting should be observed:
Font: Times New Romans.
Font Style: Regular.
Font Size: 12 pts.
Spacing: before 6 pt; after 6 pt.
Line spacing: 1.5.
Margin: normal.
