Learn Hip Hop Dance: Run It

Instructions
1. Start the move by stepping your right foot forward. Stay on the balls of your feet and keep the heels slightly raised.
2. Swivel both heels out from behind your toes. As you open your heels, bend your knees and drop your weight down.
3. Bring both heels back to the straight position behind the toes. Keep your weight dropped during the movement.
4. Start on the opposite side by stepping forward with the left foot and repeating the heel swivel out and in. Continue stepping forward to complete the dance.
Arm Variations
Once you've mastered the foot steps, you can incorporate hand movements.
Variation 1: Move your arms from side to side with each heel swivel. When you move the heels out, extend the left arm out to the side and keep the right arm bent beside you.
When you move the heels back in, reverse the arm movements by extending the right arm and dropping the left arm.
Variation 2: Cross and extend your arms during the steps. Cross your arms in front of your body as your heels go out. Then spread both arms out to the side as your heels come back in.
