Costco has the best natural smoked bacon. I've tried every kind of bacon but I only go to Costco for the thick cut smoked bacon. When time to cook, slow cook for about 30 minutes while drizzling in pure maple syrup. I happen to live in minnesota so I like this brand from cumberland wisconson. Slow cook until fat starts to pop and turn white, then lay down a few coffee filters ontop of a plate. This prevents sticking
