So if you're going to remove a full face of makeup how would u go about that? Go in with water on the mascara first, dry, then do oil/balm on the whole face? I figure that the opposite order would cause issue bc then the lashes are coated in oil and the water won't be able to get to the mascara to break it down. 🤔
