In this video we teach you how to factory reset Sonos. These instructions will work for any newer Sonos speaker that has an infinity symbol on the back of the speaker. To factory reset the Sonos speaker you do the following.

1. Unplug the power from the Sonos
2. Hold down the infinity button on the back of the Sonos, and keep holding it. You can't let pressure off the infinity button while completing this process.
3. While holding the infinity button down, plug the Sonos back in. Keep holding down the button until the Sonos starts flashing a green light. When the Sonos indicator light starts flashing green you can then release the infinity button and the Sonos speaker has been reset to factory default settings.

I have 6 speakers at my business, speakers keep stopping constantly. I’ve called Sonos three times and they say “it’s interference, nothing we can do”
Ridiculous
-I found out on my own that all the speakers need to be ran thru 1 hardwired speaker,
-next you need to make sure all the speakers are set up on the same network (I have business internet, guest, 5g, and a booster) speakers where set up years apart.
-So I factory reset speakers
-Next you need to clear queue off all speakers and select the hardwired one, group off that one. Then play music

Just turn the volume down on the ones you don’t want to hear, otherwise you have to clear queue and the system starts to bug out

Trouble shooters with multiple speakers may be searching for answers like I was
