Where is JOHN TRAVOLTA'S Boeing 707P ! #shorts

The Hollywood star John Travolta is known for owning multiple aeroplanes. The most famous one is probably his Boeing 707. Funny enough, he initially rented the aircraft from Qantas for a few years until the airline gifted the plane to him if he picked up an ambassador role for Qantas. He happily accepted and travelled the world in the Qantas livery 707. Sadly since 2017, the plane has gone through an extensive overhaul and is planned to be put into a museum in the future. Seems like John has to settle with one of his other seven jets he owns and flies regularly!

Travolta lives in Florida at an airport community. That is a private development where every home has a taxiway, in the back yard, to the private runway they collectively use. Each home had a car garage up front, and a hangar in the back.

Travolta is also certified on the A380.

I have serviced his 707 many times over the years while he would stop at the airport I used to work at.

Going to HARS (historic aircraft restoration society) just outside Sydney. They are in the process of getting it flying to bring back to Australia. They will keep it flying along with their Super Connie and others. Worth checking HARS out if you’re ever in Aus!

The museum CaptainJoe is referring to is called HARS about 1 hour south of Sydney, Australia. It’s a great museum for all heritage aircraft. I highly recommend a visit!
