In this book, Mary Buffett & David Clark shares with us 4 different criteria to look out for when selecting the company
1) Has a long company history
2) Stable and consistently growing earnings
3) Cheap price after calculating future value
4) Consistently growing book value per share (Sign of competitive advantage)

17 Different companies that Mary Buffett discusses about:
American Express Company
The Bank of New York Mellon
CocaCola Company
ConocoPhillips
Costco Wholesale Corporation
GlaxoSmithKline
Johnson Johnson
Kraft Foods Inc
Moodys Corporation
Procter Gamble Company
Sanofi S A
Torchmark Corporation
Union Pacific Corporation
U S Bancorp
WalMart Stores Inc
Washington Post Company
Wells Fargo Company

What's Worth Reading: Actual case studies of Warren Buffett's purchases, profits and losses from these companies.

Downside: Oversimplified and surface level analysis, does not teach about managing risks in terms of diversification nor margin of safety. Might cause people to take unnecessary risks investing into one this companies mentioned in the book and expect returns showed.

Personally I would recommend reading Gone Fishing with Buffett by Sean Seah and Common Stocks Uncommon profits by Peter Lynch.

I'd love to hear what you think about this book!
