I signed up for Kaiber. Very cool but I’ll be ending my membership. They charge a monthly or yearly fee, depending on which level you’re signed up for. Which is common.

What I didn’t like is that in addition to your monthly fee they also give you a set number of credits. These credits get used when you create video; and they charge you per second of video.

I signed up, made one video 20 second video and was out of credits.

Wanting to play around with it some more I upgraded to the next membership level, which came with 1000 credits. I went in and made the same 20 second video.

When I was done I had used 100 credits. What’s worse is you’re charged these credits right away, but there’s no way to preview the video unless you download it. Oh, and when you run out of credits you have to buy more before you can do anything.

Most AI’s have been proving to give false info about 26% of the time. Make sure you do your research, so you don’t give out bad or false info.

It's good that AI tools changing YouTube, it's good for content creators because there is more possibilities to create content like for example creating faceless videos and shorts (and if you use a little bit of Famester afterwards to boost them, you will have even more success). With this strategy I feel like I am in control of algorithms.

I've used Eleven Labs recently and I can say that it still very much in the uncanny valley, its almost there but it will always change your accent. I put a section of my scripts into it and it spat out an audio that was clearly me but my ascent was American at the start and posh British by the end of it. Not there but getting close, needs work yet.
