How to #manifest someone you haven’t met yet!

Okay so, here's my question. He is staring at me already, been 2-3 days. He looks at me but doesn't come nd talk to me and i really want to know more about him. So i just wanted to ask, how can i talk to him or how can i make him talk to me?

We had a convo. Manifesting works. U just gotta trust the process.

Some tips:
1.Think about him before you sleep and after you wake up. (Think as if he's missing you, and wants you so bad).

2.write it down! Whatever you feel for that person, just write the damn feelings and surrender that letter to a lake or whatever. (As if you are letting the universe read the letters) U can read it by yourself too. U just gotta know the fact that universe is listening to you and your wishes.

3.wear light coloured outfits, so that it would be easy for universe to send you positive energies.

4. Looking at his photos, everytime being busy or free. Make sure you look at his photo when he might be free. So that the vibrations you send from your side reaches him well. (Him being busy wont work well ....as he wont be able to catch the vibrations you might be sending).
Here's what you gotta do,
Look at the photo in your phone or whatever. Just look at it as if he's in front of you. (Photo should be clear, with a clear face picture).
I might sound crazy,
But....u can have a fake convo with the photo. And just sleep with that particular photo under your pillow.
It worked for me
It should work for you as well.
