Nothing about this phone screams at me iPhone. Only the weird placement of the camera is the same. The general form, materials, control placement and plugs are all different. I think even the screen looks bigger. Oh, and that apple on the back is missing.

There are 4 similarities: white, rounded, camera button placement and the canyon that edges all sided. No glass back, diff materials, a curved bottom canyon and various obvious differences that make sense ... I didn't list too much, but really, all phones are pretty similar considering they're generally rectangles. Apple is a jerk, so yes it wouldn't be surprising if they got sued.

I know they state the Tegra3 is for Android only but is this phone something iPhone fans would like to see as an iPhone5? Larger screen and a faster processor and out in white.
