This is a great recipe, even if I did have to make it in the oven. I still works out wonderfully. Easy and tastes great.

Teriyaki Chicken Wings
2/3 cup soy sauce, divided
2/3 cup balsamic vinegar, divided
1/2 cup raw sugar, divided
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons ginger root, grated fresh
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 green onions, thinly sliced,
24 large chicken wings
Dash paprika
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup raw sugar
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger root, grated fresh
2 green onions, thinly sliced, tops included
Garnish: 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

00:34 Combine 1/3 cup soy sauce, 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar, 1/4 cup raw sugar, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 2 cloves garlic, minced, and 1 teaspoon ginger root, grated fresh in a small saucepan. Heat on low stirring occasionally until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and cool until room temperature.
00:59 Put the chicken wings in a large zip-top freezer bag. Add 2 of the sliced. green onions. Stir. Pour in teriyaki marinade, squeeze out the air and seal. Refrigerate overnight.
01:17 Preheat the oven to 375 F. Line a baking pan with foil and place a cooling rack in the bottom of the pan.
01:29 Place the chicken wings on the rack, sprinkle generously with paprika. Discard marinade. 01:58 Cover the pan tightly with foil and bake 45 minutes.
02:23 Remove the foil, raise the oven temperature to 425 F and bake another 15 minutes
02:42 Combine 1/3 cup soy sauce, 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar, 1/2 cup raw sugar, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 2 cloves garlic, minced, and 1 teaspoon ginger root, grated fresh in a small saucepan. Boil for 3 minutes stirring to make sure it does boil over. Stir in remaining green onions.
03:30 pour have sauce on the finished wings , and place on a platter. Serve the remaining sauce on the side.
