Civilization 7: Triumph or Tragedy? - Civ 7 Review

Показать описание
Welcome to my Civilization 7 review and impressions video, where we'll talk about whether Civ 7 is actually any good. Is Civ 7 worth it? Has Civ 7 changed too much? Gone too far? From cities and towns, through to new diplomacy, combat commanders, ages and a raft of other changes - Civilization 7 has shaken up the civ formula.
Yet, I argue that many things have stayed the same, feel the same, and will largely be workable and familiar to civ players. The break from historically tied leaders sees another significant shift for the franchise. While leaders have never lived realistic timeframes, they have generally had historical ties to their civ. In Civ 7, that's up to you.
If the game holds up to performance, and you don't mind paying for some new civs or leaders that'll arrive each month (adding more diversity to a civ game already filled with an incredible number of combos!), you will probably like Civ 7. Civ fans should mostly feel at home here, and I'd guess the game will generally do well in review scores.
