Here the Driver is already on the Platform waiting for his duty, for his train.

This Driver is well before his starting time of duty. He point out to signs and signals on the train and on the platform to confirm that the correct signals and signs are noted.

Great way to making sure the right actions for highest standard of safety and security of the train and passengers.

This train must have been running for several months or perhaps years but it looks like it just came in from the factory. The train drivers are dressed like pilots, the discipline and the seriousness of the cleaning staff is incredible. Japan is totally unique and unparalleled with punctuality, cleanliness and work ethic.

Japan is not only one of the most beautiful countries on the planet but the people are so friendly and respectful. Japanese Railway is world renowned for their service, timekeeping, cleanliness and the Shinkansen which is one of the fastest trains in the world but in my opinion the best looking. I absolutely love the Shinkansen and hope to travel on it one day. I absolutely love Japan and I am so pleased that they are our friends and Allies. My brother has an Akita called Suki who we love so much.

I was in Japan during this years cherry blossom season, I love how the train conductors bowed every time a train arrived. Also the train staff always bowed once they leave each carriage, very courteous. It always blows me away when each train arrived on the second every time a train arrived of every day.

Japan people are most self disciplined people in the world. They are extremely well behaved. I am impressed with the outfit of the train pilots.they are no less than a flight pilot.

It is delightful to note the sense of professionalism and pride on the part of the rail employees. The arrival and departure of the two trains was fast, smooth and precise which is often not easy
