Reiki Energy Healing Session I Sonia Indigo

Complete treatment minimum 4 consecutive days, 2h/day.

The reiki healing sessions are available for both genders, children and pets.

Here are all the steps I do:

1. First I talk to my client about the previous session, emotions, thoughts and sensations just the general talk about the well-being. In case of 1st session, I ask informations from the client and explain how the sessions are going to be.

2.After that I move over on preparing the space, honoring the gods and then it’s time for smudging my client and myself with white sage. I protect the field by drawing 3 times a sacred healing circle around the client.

3. I play two recordings for my client - one to reprogram the mind and to achieve a state of positivity and a guided meditation for women which helps to let go and ignite the power within.
While these recordings play, I prepare myself with grounding myself and invoking higher beings to connect with reiki.
Then I draw the symbols and set up the space.

4. By using a pendulum I check in with the energies of each chakra of my client: is the chakra blocked/ in balance?
I make notes and continue with oils, crystals and rose petals and give a little massage to prepare the clients body for receiving reiki.

5. After drawing the reiki signs over the clients body I’ll start with the treatment which includes different positions.

6. Coming to an end I harmonize the chakras, cleanse the aura and do a second reading of the energies of the chakras.

7. Then I will draw Galactic Symbols (not reiki) on the client.

7. Then it’s time to cleanse the client, myself and the space with Pablo Santo.

8. And finally I have a talk with my client about the session and if anything came up.
