I rather he cry on my shoulder than me cry at his funeral! 🎯💯

“I rather me mate cry on my shoulder than go to his funeral.” That shit is heartbreaking.

Dude I've never teared up so fast. When the guy that acts like a clown pauses and says some real shit, it hits way harder. Bless you Paddy

This is what made me an absolute fan of Paddy. It takes true courage as a man to allow himself to display his hurt, pain and remorse in a way that conveys a message for all men. God bless.

This why MMA is a biggest sport ever, with strongest but kindest people in the world.

Ive been in that dark tunnel. Actually cried hearing this, because the hardest part of it was actually speaking to someone about it. Its difficult for a man to admit hes not strong enough to stay here.

My father killed himself in 2007. He just retired 2 yrs before that. The note he left didn't explain why he ended his life. This is definitely a great message . Thank, you ! 💛💛💛💛💛💛

I’ve answered more phone calls in the middle of the night from friends that needed someone to talk to than I ever thought I would. These dudes are solid men, they’ve done so much in their life. The key is to let men talk, and then not treat them like they are less for having done so. After we’ve talked, we’ve just carried on the next day like nothing happened because they just needed to let that shit out. This is amazing to see. I hope it’s taken genuinely by people that hear this message

Lost a good friend to suicide a few years ago. He made everyone around him laugh. Everyone that met him wanted to be his friend. He was the definition of a manly man. Confident, outspoken, walked his own path, very direct with people, kind, we'll mannered, respectful. We never stayed in touch after basic training and tech school. I saw him on the air force news one morning. I couldn't believe it. He was such a strong individual. Clearly he was dealing with something. I think because of his strong personality he probably felt like he couldn't talk to anyone because people would look at him differently. I wish I would have reached out to him after our separation from training. Point is....A man is not weak for dealing with emotions. A man is strong for finding the courage to get help. The best person for a bro to go is another bro. We got each other's backs ✊💪
