Jury Rigging from FNV is just great for so many reasons but maybe not the best but definitely cool and interesting

And Stay Back is arguably the best perk in FNV. While definitely not build dependent, being able to repeatedly knock down almost any enemy in the game is kinda OP

Lone Wanderer in FO4 is massively OP, especially in survival mode. I'd also nominate Critical Banker in FO4.

Confirmed Bachelor and Lady Killer, i love the dialogues and being allowed to roleplay as a bisexual or a gay man is great

The confirmed bachelor and black widow perks are so good because you get a flat damage bonus to most enemies and you also get to make speech super easy

“Them’s good eating” from FNV was a fantastic source of both heals and caps due to how frequent and often you got blood sausages and thin paste.

My top two are both from New Vegas. 1) Jury Rig the ability to fix any weapon or armor with something from the same class has saved many unique weapons and armor. 2) Long Haul being able to fast travel no matter how much junk I’m carrying is a god send. 😃

The Lone Wanderer perk in Fallout 4 is pretty good. I never have companions anyway. It's not build independent, but it's still really useful.

Carrying 60, 000 pounds while still being able to jog and fast travel in fallout 4 was pretty good

Slayer. I just love being able to swing my weapon so fast that the game itself can't keep up with it.

Pair Slayer with Super Slam, Rushing Water, and either Greased Lightning or the War Club and you quite literally feel like Jotaro after time stops
