Cain Velasquez DENIED Bail

Former UFC heavyweight champ Cain Velasquez had his arraignment and bail hearing on Monday in San Jose, and Judge Shelyna Brown denied him bail, stating "the risk is too great' and deemed his actions "reckless".
Those actions were shooting at a man who is accused of sexually abusing a 4 year relative; Cain missed him and ended up shooting the man's stepfather.
Velasquez is facing 10 different charges, including attempted pre-meditated murder.
His next appearance in court will be on April 12th.
