What unemployment? People are tired working crappy restaurant jobs with low pay, no benefits, irregular hours, entitled customers, & bad management.

The pandemic gave me the opportunity to explore new career opportunities and I’m now training as a plumbing apprentice. Many of my former coworkers have moved on too to new jobs in different industries. GFY!

The Covid unemployment checks stopped a while ago, so that excuse fails. The nation wide unemployment rate is less than 6%, so the "nobody wants to work" argument fails. Better look at wages and how employees are treated!
