This is set in the futurisitc Neo-Seoul story. It's the ship that transports Sonmi-451 (played by doona bea) to a detention center. Or takes her somewhere. I forgot exactly. I think that's when she got recaptured.
You only see this ship for a seconds speeding to an island. You don't see it anymore the rest of the movie.
