Why do you remove the hose clamps with a flathead and not a 6/7mm over the top of it? It takes away all risk of it getting worn/rounded

I think I was one of the first ones that got them straight from Mpire performance, he had it on his x3m! I’m so happy and love so much they way they sound and perform!! Much needed upgrade from the crap stock filter box! Thanks Rktunes!

Spoke with Jordan on the phone last week and he was super helpful. The intake shipped with the 2 brackets, and I am going to have it installed tomorrow. Will try to circle back with post install impressions.

Jordan, please explain further on the cover install. I received the brackets today and don’t understand where the insulation tape and washers go.

Just installed mine today! Only one issue was one of the worm gear hose clamps was defective and I had to run to advance to grab another 3.5”. The foam was a nice touch too
