KLX140 VM26 carb kit Installation

For getting the carb kit here. With the new carb the bike starts up a lot better and is heaps more responsive on the crack of the throttle. I have not changed the jets, it is still the stock ones

Very happy with the carb kit and highly recommend it to some one who owns a klx140.
The only upgrades I have made to the bike is a pro circuit t-6 pipe,a bbr rev box and opened up the air box to get more air.

I just finished installing and dialing this carb in on my son's Klx140 along with the 12 tooth front sprocket and an upgraded clutch. It's like a completely different bike! Next is a CDI, exhaust and kx100 forks. This will be a trail demon

Did you put the paper gasket on the rubber boot to the steel or to the head?

Got this carb and I’m having trouble with it because the petcock on the gas tank is in a weird spot so the gas is being forced up into the carb so it bogs

Question for you mate. When taking off your stock intake manifold, the two screws that go into the head, was yours loctite from the factory? I just broke one and got the other out and it was covered in red loctite, just want to investigate before going to dealership.

do you race the 140? new to channel and just got new 23' 140 couple days ago, can't wait to put on mine once tb restocks. what did you do for suspension or do you have video?

When you got the fuel tank on are you able to use the choke? it’s hitting on my fuel on off switch

I got the vm26 for my stock KLX 140 and it runs amazing. However, when i do a quick W.O.T. from idle, it bogs as if the kill switch is hit. Do you have any suggestions? I'm running a 22.5 pilot and a 180 main with the air screw 2.5 turns out. The plug looks chocolate brown. I'm wondering if there is a manufacturing issue with my carb...

Does your bike big when you open the throttle fast because I can’t seem to figure out what to do to get it to where it doesn’t do that
