A lot of asmr vids do quite well play-acting what feels like scripted sessions. This feels genuine, I think, because there's a bit of exhaustion in his efforts, similar to a real doctor often exhibits if you're their 40th patient of the day. Sincere, adaptive, exhausted, examination. I like this guy. This is well done. :) good job!
