I love how they treat an apocaliptic event as a contest and give rewards for participating in it

To those who don't know, the scores can only be calculated after the event. So the example shown by Nintendo was never meant to be the actual requirements.

Unfortunately it seems like it comes down to a checklist where you have to have most things checked off

-Are you cracked at the game and are in EVP consistently?
-Did you get good teammates?
-Did you get good weapons?
-Did you get high tide mothership or lucky goldies in fog?

i wish instead of highscores they did total eggs collected during the big run cuz it would be more rewarding to the people who played many hours and only got bronze

Good thing I got 146 score and I was surprised that I got a golden trophy in my first big run... i am so glad that this is a good reward for all the pain I got to.

Managed to end it with 179 as my high score. I had assumed being above 130 would net you the top 5% but I'm surprised it was even higher than that
It was fun though : )

I'm guessing that 102 was just their best guess on where the top 5% would be around but underestimated the happy little workers.

They made it more than 102 probably because they have only now learned about the people we call overfishers, who get more than 180 eggs every time they win the match
