Introduction
First of all, as raw materials, logs need to be processed into wood chips by the high speed rotating knife roller in the chipper shredder machine. Then, these wood chips will be conveyed into the hammer mill crusher machine, after being crushed, these wood sawdust will be taken to the conveyor by screw discharger , and go into the silo while the dust collector will absorb the dust. Hereafter, the sawdust will follow gradually and vertically, with the help of air lock, to the conveyor for dryer.

Step 2: dryer and glue mixer
In the next place, the rotary drum dryer removes excess water from sawdust to a content of less than 12%. Constantly rotating drums also allow sawdust to be fully heated. Then the cyclone dust collector will automatically separate the dust from wood sawdust. Afterwards, the half-finished wood sawdust will be again carried into the silo that can store the dried wood sawdust. In the next place, also being sent vertically with an air lock and under the command of control panel, they will be taken to the glue mixer in a rated number. After opening the valve, the glue will be mixed with wood sawdust under strict time control. Furthermore, the screw conveyor will automatically feed the mixed wood sawdust into the silo of wood block making machine. Then being compressed in the mold by the hydraulic cylinder and heated by the heating plate, these wood sawdust will become a cuboid and the cutter will cut them into rated length, for example, 1.2meters. Next, with pneumatic power, the wood block automatic cutting machine can cut these long strips into the size you need. It not only has PLC system with adjustable speed, but also large capacity and small consumption.
