For those who don't know, this used to be a 5-video series from a Mark Douglas workshop where I played the most important clips from Mark talking and then added my own input. Paula had them taken down using YouTube's copyright system. The workshops where I got clips from are still on YouTube if you're interested in watching them (yes, there are hours upon hours of unedited seminars with no commentary from the uploader, no transformative properties, no edits, or anything else, and she took down my videos but not theirs).

Furthermore, I would love to show our entire email conversation (there's so much more I'd like to say right now), but I couldn't get clarity on whether or not doing this would be legal. From my bad lawyer and post on Reddit, I've interpreted that it's legal, and this is probably why Paula and her legal team never responded to my request to show me the law I'd be breaking by publicizing it. But, I'd rather not be sued by a seemingly rich person with (*the rest of this sentence has been redacted lol*)


This series helped so many people, and, while this will never be as good as the original, it's still better than nothing. Take care and happy trading.

Honestly she gave you a gift. This is YOUR video. And in the end it may be more effective than all of those other videos for new traders.
She could have just benefitted from your added publicity and more people looking at mark's material. She chose to be immature and vindictive about a nonexistent problem from someone who never met her. Now that person created a video that she has no part in and is more. Concise and distilled than what she was fighting over.

I went and looked up this person and I understand why she'd be upset at your work, she may feel like she's getting no credit for the work she helped mark douglas with (this appears to be how it is)
but also this is extremely toxic. Your interest is clearly not theft, and she's done a terrible job of promoting herself.

I really sympathize with your current plight in relation to all of this. Been struggling with a similar issue for months, barking up at creatures and entities bigger than me. The people and professionals who are supposed to assist with such issues seem oh so hesitant to do so.
