I have now also decided to buy a gravel bike. The Nuroad Race FE from Cube has the best price-performance ratio for me. However, I wanted to improve the bike a bit and now I have it finished. I am very happy with it. I'll be switching to another tire soon: WTB ByWay because I want to be even faster on the road. The processing quality of the Cube is very, very good and I would buy this brand again. All attachments have very high material quality and I can highly recommend them.
