Finding a flat roof leak

Today Paul will take you on a tour of his commercial inspection. He is detecting a leak the building owners are having near an exhaust fan that was just installed. This is a flat roof that has torch down modified bitumen.

Hi TFR
I am constantly following up on roof leaks where i work and its not easy to track down the true location of the leaks on the asphalt roofs so i have learned a lot from you guys and some others.
The building i help maintain was built in the 1700s and undergone many many changes through the years and not always by real professional tradesmen like yourself.
Myself, i am not a professional builder and i never intended to find myself in this role But i am here doing it in London and i find many bits of information to help identify problems from watching People who know their stuff.
After that i can put into play a plan to try identify the problem and how best to get it resolved so thanks for the free advice and helping me out.👍
