2014-09-01 La Bestia (The Beast) zipline (GoPro Hero3)

Laura and I visited Toro Verde. It is a little over an hour outside of San Juan. I attached a GoPro Hero3 to my harness near my chest and hoped for some good footage.

Laura was let go a few seconds before me and to my right. My weight finally paid off and about 2/3 through I catchup and pass her.

Laura and I were 853 ft from the ground at it's highest point and the distance is 4,745 ft across.

They say it is one of the most extreme zip-lines on our planet. Speeds can reach 60MPH.

This is probably the closest I'll come to knowing what a bird feels like.

It was a great end to the day and our trip.

Hey how did you attach the GoPro to your harness? Did you have the chest mount or did you use something else. I'm gonna be going in about a month and your footage is the best I've seen.
