You wanna chill indoors and play some good music with party lights, go for pulse. If sound quality is your only concern and you want to take your speaker outdoors, Charge 5 is for you.

Pulse is kinda stronger each specs but weaker bass, Both of them sounds good
The treble of the other one is stronger although weaker amount of parsec

Both are good speakers but although 4 is weaker in every aspect, its bass is so good unlike the 5 one is so overpowered but 2 good speakers!
