Short video on how to make Curd Bondas / Mosaru Bonda! :)

Recipe:
Ingredients:
All Purpose Flour (Maida) - 1 Cup
Rice Flour - 3/4 Cup
Sabudana (Sago) - 2 Tbsps
Curd - 1 Cup
Water - As Required
Salt - As Per Taste
Cumin Seeds (Jeera) - 1 Tbsp
Onion - 1 Finely Chopped
Green Chillies - 3-4 Finely Chopped
Coriander Leaves - 2 Tbsps Finely Chopped
Curry Leaves - 2 Tbsps Finely Chopped
Ginger - 1 Small-Inch Piece Finely Chopped
Baking Soda - A Pinch
Hot Oil - 1 Tbsp
Oil - 1 Tbsp + For Deep Frying

Preparation Method:
1. Into a bowl, add all purpose flour(maida), rice flour, sabudana(sago) and mix well.
2. Add in the curd, salt as per taste, cumin seeds and mix well.
3. Now add water little by little and mix well to form semi-thick batter without lumps.
4. Cover with lid and keep it aside for atleast 2 hours.
5. After 2 hours, add chopped onion, green chillies, coriander leaves, curry leaves, ginger, baking soda to the batter and mix well.
6. Finally add 1 tbsp of hot oil and gently mix well.
7. Take small dollops of the batter and drop the Bondas in medium-hot oil and deep fry these Bondas until they turn golden-brown in colour and crispy. Take them out onto a plate and drain the excess oil and serve!
