I have uploaded the code to my esp32 cam but it does not work to take photo to telegram, do u know why? internet already connected and get IP address

Good day sir. I seem to have a problem because after I upload the code to the board and pressing RST, it just says "ESP32-CAM IP ADDRESS: 192.168.XXX.XX(Put X's for privacy purposes) and it just stops there. Have you encountered this problem before?
