2009 Lexus RX350 Spark Plugs and Ignition Coils

Doing this job right now. Have a flex head 3/8 ratchet with a 12 point 12 mm socket and a long 3/8 extension. Once I got the socket in position I used the extension as a fulcrum to put pressure on the ratchet head. Bolt came out somewhat easily.
When it come time to replace the 12mm bolt here’s a cool trick my mechanical wizard shared. Take some electrical tape about a 1”, lay it face(stick side) down on your 12socket and push the bolt into the socket then press the tape to the sides of the socket. Bolt will not disappear. Taking off wipers and top panel makes it way easier. Plus you can get to the back bracket when reinstalling. Coils usually get stuck on plug and cause grief. DiD this years ago and needed again now. Good vid to really understand the job. Thanx.

Surprise, you didn't need to remove the wipers assembly/panels.. almost seems easier if you need where there's no struggle to the intake bracket bolts.. good job bro

Thanks boss Just got through doing it that one with the mirror I was able to do without the mirror but it was extremely difficult I knew something had to be there cuz it wasn't coming off Thank you
