Well its rare to say the least that MS is presenting as a siezure . Obviously its against the classic MS teachings. As a Neurologist i would definitely look for an MS Mimicker like Vasculitis in this particular case.

But why would it suppress on FLAIR? It's not CSF that is in the middle of that MS plaque.
