NASA has claimed that due to the possibility of the existence of life on Mars, it might be
suitable for living for humans as well, and we can actually colonize it as early as the year 2025,
but do you actially want to live there, considering the creepy things scientists have found on the
red planet?. Join us, as we have a look at the 10 strangest objects that have been found on Mars.

Number 10.) The Face
It was in 1976, NASA's Viking 1 Orbiter kind of made a little bit of history - the discovery of
what looked like a face on Mars was so exciting and enthralling that it got reported on TV and
was later documented in several books. NASA, however, quickly debunked this so-called
discovery and said that this face was likely an illusion due to the shadows and light, but that
didn't stop the public from believing that this is some kind of a sign from the aliens. Some even
claimed that it was an alien-built monument, and some said that it was the younger version of
Elvis Presley. Now before you get all excited that this actually could be a sign from the aliens,
NASA took another image in 1998 and confirmed that it was just an optical illusion, but the face
on Mars remains as one of the classic pictures taken by NASA.
Number 9: A wild spoon
Alright, things are getting a bit more interesting. A 10cm long floating spoon has been recently
found on Mars and space enthusiasts were in awe. Who knows, maybe the aliens are cultured

enough to know how to use cutlery! Or they could be out there watching some kind of cooking
show. Again, the spoon was debunked by NASA who claimed that the object is most likely a
rock shaped by the wind. Mars really needs to stop teasing us with this kind of optical illusion
and making us hungry! Now if the floating spoon wasn't enough, people also found random
images of cutlery floating in the picture posted by NASA. This included cheese grater and
chopsticks, objects which were reported by space fanatics. But scientists stayed firm that the
objects people are seeing are a result of Peria Dolia, in which people see all kinds of everyday
objects in random places. Now as much as we'd like to believe that aliens eat cheese, I mean why
shouldn't they, it is delicious, but there is probably no evidence of actual cutlery on Mars.
Number 8.) Mars henge
Don't give up hope just yet about your daily life objects being on Mars, because things are
getting a bit more interesting. You've heard of Stonehenge, right? It turns out, alien hunters
managed to track down a series of stones that were arranged in a circle, much similar to the
British Stonehenge. They named the rocks Mars henge, but what needs to be known is that is it
really a work of aliens or just random positioning of stones on a planet. Scientists have not yet
completely debunked the case, although they do say that it could be a part of the natural process.
Nigel Watson, the author of the UFO investigation manual, also noted that the positioning of the
stones could be because of the earthquakes on the planet, or maybe we should call it Marsquakes,
and yes, that is a real term!
Number 7.) A pyramid!
After the British-like Stonehenge found on Mars, we now move onwards to something that was
found on Mars resembling a structure in Egypt. Yes, you guessed that right, a Pyramid! On May

7th, 2015, an image of a pyramid on Mars hit the Internet. Alright, so imagine you find things
like a spoon and other cutlery - they could confirm aliens actually lived on the planet, right? Well
according to a few conspiracy theorists, the perfectly shaped pyramid could be an actual sign of
an ancient civilization and as it turns out, there's not just one, but two pyramids formed in a
perfect shape. Space enthusiasts have a question for NASA that why is that tiny rover driving
around to search for microbes of life when a huge 5 floored pyramid is just a mile away. NASA
responded that the pyramids are just the result of volcanic eruptions that broke the rocks into a

Number 6.) An alien skull or a bigfoot?
The title is not really a joke and people are actually wondering that a recent object coming from

There's no way an eruption of something caused the pyramids or a structure that looks like a house. That and the face which could be a buried statue is a bit to coincidental.
