Theory Time:

1. That womans missing bus child is still alive and might be working with Sir after he kidnapped and trained him.

Thats why we have Sir and Margerat scene.

2. Gabi will probably go to jail or Sir will announced that she kidnapped him so M&A will be under review again or shut down when they find out Sir been helping with cases
