Once in awhile somone will comment on operators such as this who only achieve approx 75% of a full bucket with each pass ... As i replied to one such comment, this operator could indeed 'power into the pile', achieving the full bucket. Believe me, in the longrun, it would only lead to expensive downtime .... not to mention the expense of parts repair or replacement, plus added fuel consumption and undue wear on the rest of the machine. The mining industry is indeed a harsh environment for any machjne to operate in . The material being moved here is heavy and by its own nature, cumbersome to work with. This operator is respecting this machines power by NOT ramming into the overburden under full power, which he could easily do. Kudos to him for treating this awesome machine with the respect hes showing here. In the longrun, theses machines are far more productive with such operators at the controls.

As viewers, one thing that always stand out to many is the clockwork manner in the ways these various operators do their jobs. Each one working to benefit the others ... such as loader operators making sure that dumper loading areas are kept clear of rocks that could destroy a tire, or how other operators come in to help in the clean up, and how other passing traffic doesnt interfere with loading operation. Each knows the inportance of the other's job, and all working together. And with most of tgese operations, kudos to Maga Machines Channel for being there to capture it all on video, editing and getting it here for our viewing. Again, kudos to MMC .... Imposante Maschine mit einem super Maschinisten, er macht keine unnötigen Bewegungen, er schont den Schaufelunterbau und die Zähne beim rein fahren
in das Ladegut mit einem Abstand von wenigen cm zwischen Schaufelboden und Bodensohle.
Die Schaufel- und Hubgerüstbewegung passt perfekt für eine gute Schaufelfüllung, somit entlastet er nicht die Räder und schont die Reifen
und Ketten weil diese nicht durchdrehen. 🙂Bravo.

Both shovels considered advance machines but the operator not that efficient to get job done well, bucket 75% loaded 25% lost of the duty cycle,
