I am grateful for this I truly am ❤ when the student is ready the teacher will appear. I've made it I started my spiritual journey at 17 and a half I'm now 20 the amount of awareness and shadow work I've put in. This right here my spirit is already telling me I'm grateful for mastering this. My family already surprised I found my self now this I'm permanently keeping I am. Rising higher in frequency they won't even recognize my energy anymore

I get afraid when I think that I overcame something and then something happens and I find myself going back to the starting point, or when I experience a state of peace and happiness then it suddenly stops and I find myself trying desperately to experience that state of peace again, thank you so much sunny for these videos they help me a lot

Succeeding in what he's sharing keeps you in non duality which is essential. Step 2 is analogous to images arising in you the animated TV screen wherein the screen is not effected by whatever arises and ...that the images are dependent on you the analogous screen rather than the reverse. There is only the play of you awareness.
Another analogy involves water (as you awareness) becoming an ice sculpture that appears as this or that yet from an awakened view you real eyes that the image of the sculpture is not only water, but a play of you awareness appearing as that image

Had to literally practice this today since something "unpleasant" surfaced so had to practice step 1 consciously to reduce the grip.

Stay the objective father or mother to your subjective wounded inner child.then become one with him or her as you experience the attachment (feeling or trauma or issue etc.) This will diminish the power or energy of the attachment.
And then afterward the subjective attachment transforms into the objective.father or mother. This is the example of Jesus on the cross.

Hey Sunny, I'm going through some bad circumstances lately and deal with alot of low emotions, that's how i found your videos. So i started to practice this and I'm wondering if feeling the emotion is the same as feeling the pain in the body? Cause when i go inside and just be with those emotions all what i feel is a big heart pain

Thanks Sunny. Loving the practical walkthrough. I’m just wondering If step 1 (detaching the self from the feelings by being aware of sensations and not thoughts) isn’t the same as using the bodily sensations as an anchor during meditation like you teach in your tutorial. I always find acceptance method and meditation so similar it’s confusing!
