We were there June 7-11 last year and it is as beautiful as you say. The water was swimmable and the temps very warm. We stayed at the Kalura Sporthotel on the other side of the rock and it was fabulous. If I didn’t live in Canada I’d go back in a heartbeat!

Cefalu was cute, I went there, but the real experience for me is Palermo. Today, as a pensioner, I cannot afford this trip.

What a crapy place, unlike the rest of Sicily! Because of its non Italian visitors and Balkan hotel staff mostly.
