Sinner does not 'fall over'. He has to make a last moment adjustment because of the effect the wind has on the ball. That's it. You see this kind of situation sometimes on grass because of the somewhat unpredictable bounce on that surface, but in this case it's the wind. Some effect from the wind also happened with the ball in the very last point of the game.
