I don't see myself using this jump every time when pushing mid due to the likelyhood of getting flashed from T spawn. However, I do see this as a very niche/situational mechanic to use to catch opponents off guard. Love this tip so much, thank you!!

Couldn't land the jump for the life of me. Watched this tutorial once and landed it on the very next try! Bro is cooking up some magic. Still have to get consistent though. Can land it once in maybe 10 tries.

These are great tutorials, you can maybe slow it down a bit but the tidbits and slight notes about what to do and what not to do are perfect my dude

its so hard :( atleast the inferno short boost worked for me 5/10 times after prac. havent gotten the ancient jump once in 15mins of trying. i'm really trying. stay on the line, jump late, release w and hold and press a and crouch :/

I think the only part im misunderstanding is the crouch. Do you start crouching at the middle of the jump or at the very last frame? and are you holding down crouch or just tapping it once?

I landed it on my 20th try or something, then tried about a hundred more times and couldn't land it again. Not gonna bother attempting this jump in games it's too hard

Thanks! For some reason I get it more consistent when double strafing (A and then D). More consistent is like once every 5 jumps though xD Could you use the command cl_showpos 1 on movement videos? The numbers (velocity and jump) might tell the viewers more about what goes wrong when they try it.

Not working, my model don't strafe alittle to left while jumping when i move mouse, i move mosue to left and still fly straight forward idk how you change direction midair just with mouse

Been practicing for almost 5 hours straight not a single land. Is this still working after jump?
Even with velocity over 270 I'm not able to make it as shown in the video.
Edit still going at it so more than 10 hours. Been able to land it a few times so it is still posible.
However it is not an easy jump and it's too easy to mess up (don't know what Goes wrong). Completely unusable in current form.
Will never be able to land it in a real game.

Maybe an hour of practice isn't enough, I'm just average playing kz, but after an hour, at most I'd land this jump like 7-8 out of 10 times, still not consistent enough for me to go out mid and do this jump. Thanks man, gonna subs since you also do videos of other jumpspots.
