thanks for the video, I'm wondering if the damaged gear had to have the inner bearing removed for reuse? I had a difficult time finding the replacement (41 tooth 57mm wide nylon reduction gear) and I wasn't able to find it with the inside bearing. This means I need to express the bearing from the damaged one. Any advice? Thanks in advance!

What other BBSDH failures have you experienced personally? And what did you do about them?

Try to be in the lowest or biggest cog in the rear most often. Heard people who has the bbshd save their nylon gears by having proper gear ratio. Like 48t chainring and 48t cog. 1:1 ratio.

Recently got the HV kit and the kit says to avoid going over 131F. Were you running it over 131F for extended period of time/?
