WANT TO SUPPORT THE CHANNEL?

By no means do you have to support but Mrs. Gibson and I really appreciate the support as it goes a long way since most of these videos are copyrighted or blacklisted by YT. Lots of time goes into recording, editing, researching, and providing encouraging words throughout each reaction/review so this is an OPTION for those that are able to do so. DO NOT if finances are tight and priorities need to be taken care of first.

This song was written by Tom already knowing that he was going to die and he is actually in this video. No one outside the band knew what was going on with Tom and it was only after his passing that many of his lyrics started to make more and more sense. RIP Tom Searle

As someone who got into Architects after Tom's passing, songs like this and Doomsday still almost bring me to tears. Such an incredible band. RIP Tom

I cried like a baby when I saw Doomsday and this song live knowing I was about to lose my little brother . Rest in peace Wyatt and Tom.

tom wasent dead when this song came out, he was fighting his cancer, and he and dan wrote this song, you really should check a match made in heaven and doomsday ( doomsday is the last song tom put is word on but didnt have the time to finish it ), so his brother dan finished the lyrics and they released it as a farewell, on how they all feel facing his death, but they also said that doesnt mean we are comming back, but the fan where so into doomsday that they announced holy hell a few weeks after

"A sickness with out remedy" he's on about cancer. "Except the ones inside of me" I think referring to the antibody's in his body fighting the cancer. That last chorus all ways gets to me "If I could silence all the doubt in me and accept what is meant to be" Accepting that you might actually might not make it, gets me right in the feels each time.

I remember when this album came out I was just in awe of how amazing the songs were, just on the surface, then after Tom’s death the true meaning of each song was clear and if you listen to each song, every one of them could bring you to tears. The emotion, strength and genuine genius put into writing these songs is so powerful, what a legacy he left behind.

This and memento mori are some of the saddest songs I’ve ever heard given the context of what happened

"If I could silence all the doubt in me, accept that what is meant to be is meant to be" STILL hits me so hard to this day...

Architects upcoming album has 15 tracks!! Letting the ones who dont know know!! So excited!! One of the best bands EVER. They are kings of the genre and they are amazing people and Tom is a legend, R.I.P this band is so emotional, you dont just listen to them, you feel them. And I'm dying to see them in concert, all their live videos are incredible and they sound amazing live. Seems like best concerts ever! You should check this song live with their speech for Tom and the incredible moment that happens!!

Chills every time I hear this. The live version where Sam does a speech and tears up towards the end is pretty full on. End of their mini doco.
It's funny how they mention god, bit like parkway. As pretty sure they don't believe in god, they just use it as in something there to blame, so use god as it.

Might be the best song of the last 10 years. So pessimistic but somehow optimistic. Watched it live and the pit during the breakdown part was so surreal we all were singing quietly to each other shaking hands and then just went haywire. There’s a metaphor for humanity there somewhere lol. It was insanely beautiful beyond words.
