This is a fantastic 12-minute warm-up routine that was performed daily in La Sierra High PE classes from 1957-1983 (some are still continuing it today)!

Full Modified Routine:
Jumping jacks - 5 sets of 8 Count
Push-Ups - x5
Windmills - 5 sets of 8 Count
Push-Ups - x5
Full Bends - 5 sets of 8 Count
Push-Ups - x5
Straddle Hops (Jumping Jacks without arms) - 5 sets of 10 Count
Push-Ups - x5
Stride Hops - 5 sets of 10 Count
Push-Ups - x5
Toe Hops - 5 sets of 10 Count
Push-Ups - x5
Burpees - 5 sets of 8 Count
Push-Ups - x5
Mountain Climbers - 5 sets of 8 Count
Push-Ups - x5
Agility Routine - 4 sets of sprint in place; first two drop to plank - third drop to supine position and roll-over to stand
