Scones are one of those recipes you grow up eating, watching our mothers/grandmas/aunties make it, while we prepare the milo/tea/coffee to enjoy it with. I enjoyed devouring these scones and so did my aunt who approved it and said it reminded her of grandma's baking. Enjoy a slice with a cup of tea/coffee.
Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup cold butter (diced)
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup frozen raspberries
Note:
Add more flour if dough is too sticky
